Description

We currently have a contract opening for a Content Creator & Strategist to lend specific knowledge in the IVR, Chatbot field.

• Own every stage of the conversation design process, from research and design mapping to information architecture and QA
• Design user journeys, conversational flows, and bot personas tailored to different business types. Track and analyze the performance of customers’ chatbots, IVR and Conversational Al
• Use data and user insights to optimize existing chatbot templates
• Document standards, frameworks, and processes for conversation design or chatbot building
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, UX researchers, algorithm experts, and AI engineers to enhance our chatbot IVR experience.
